Book Week Scotland is about celebrating books and reading in every part of life in Scotland. Between the 25th November and the 1st December 2013, people of all ages and of all walks of life will be able to come together in libraries, schools, community venues and workplaces to share and enjoy books and reading. They will be joined in this celebration by Scotland’s authors, poets, playwrights, storytellers and illustrators to bring a packed programme of free projects and events to life.

Following on from the success of last year’s inaugural programme, Scottish Book Trust will again deliver Book Week Scotland on behalf of Creative Scotland and will work with partners across the country to develop an exciting line-up of opportunities which will aim to provide something for everyone.
