NaNoWriMo: On Drinking Coffee and Other Beverages
Recent research suggests that people who drink coffee are less likely to be depressed, which is probably a good thing (although some writers seem to do quite well by being gloomy).
A few of cups of coffee won’t do you any real harm, unless you’re not used to the stuff in which case it’s probably best avoided; just look what happened to this poor spider.
Regular restorative breaks are definitely a good idea, but there are many beverages to choose from if coffee isn’t your thing.
