Scottish Friendly Children's Book Tour with Jonathan Meres

Children’s author and funny-man Jonathan Meres visited schools in Hull and Sheffield in January 2014 for a week as part of the Scottish Friendly Children’s Book Tour.

Jonathan is an award-winning author of a number of excellent books which are written, designed and published in ways that minimise obstacles to struggling, reluctant or dyslexic readers. He riled the children up with lots of giggles and did a 'non scientific survey' to Welcome them to The World of Norm.

The pupils in both Hull & Sheffield were full of laughs and came up with some excellent original questions for Jonathan - including 'Is there a little bit of you in Norm?' and the more extreme 'What would you do if you seen a purple elephant flying across the sky...'
