I am a published food writer of Scottish food and cooking, including two books on whole animal cooking and a series of self-published cook books on vegetables (each one focussing on a single vegetable).

I provide talks on food, cooking and history of foods. I do cooking demos based on my books. I can provide cooking workshops and organise events. I have worked with children and adults presented to a wide variety of audiences at food and book festivals and the Edinburgh Science festival.
