Author Biography

Alex Nye is a children's author. Her first novel, the award-winning Chill, and its sequel, Shiver, were both inspired by her time living in a remote cottage on a snowbound moor during a winter of blizzards. Alex is also an English teacher and combines writing with working for Barnardos with young adults and teenagers who have a raw deal in life.
