One of my favourite meals is Chicken Tikka.

I like what you put in it; the likes of mushrooms, onions, peppers, and the different flavours of rice. It tastes much nicer the next day as the flavours of the sauce have had a chance to blend. I don’t like it hot, but with plenty of flavour mixed through.

I started making it when I moved from Mull to Connel, near Oban, about eight years ago. I like it because it’s different from other meals you make, which is why I like making it.

I don’t know why I first made it, perhaps a bit of adventure. Over the years, I have tried to experiment making different things and all that.
