Gone by Winter.

No watering.

Doesn't need love.

Googly eyes.

Humanised and objectified; Aestheticised and commodified.

Existence for existence's sake.

Blue light makes for blue plants.

A marigold sat in an ornate plant pot, it was dry and wilted. Yet it was very well kept, it never grew. The answer would only come when the clock struck midnight. Under the soft light of the moon the pot sprouted legs, and a belligerent beast wandered off.
