I am an actor and writer. As an actor, I have worked at the Royal National theatre in London and all over Scotland. I am a published short story writer and have had a novel published, The Witches of Pollok.

I am best known as a playwright. My plays have been performed all over Scotland and in Ireland, most recently at Dundee Rep where my adaptation of The Yellow on the Broom was performed in September 2018. Plays include Parking Lot in Pittsburgh, Waiting on one, LWT plays on stage award winner, Jelly Babies, The White Bird Passes, The Boy From Beneath the Sea, Baba Yaga and the Magic Doll, Side Sea View, Laura, The Yellow on the Broom, retribution and reality, and  Another Time Another Place.
