I write family and romantic sagas set in Scotland. My series, The Kiltie Street Girls, is set in Glasgow during World War 2. Jeannie’s War was published in 2022 and Elsie’s Wartime Wish in 2023. The third in the series will come out in 2024. The series is published by Hera Books.

I am interested in social history and this is reflected in my novels which feature strong characters finding their way and overcoming their problems against a backdrop of historical events.

I have given talks to library audiences and to the Scottish Women’s Institute local groups. I’m happy to speak about my novels, writing, becoming an author and other related topics.
