I have been telling stories for a long time and as I gather ever more life experiences, connecting with people, different cultures, countries and the expansive universe, I feel more than ever the value of story in our complicated world.

I love to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds through story and bring warmth and a sense of fun to all sessions. I tell stories from the heart, told with sensitivity, dramatic flair and often with physicality, movement and music. I am interested in health, nutrition, the well being of the planet and all the life contained in it. I love yoga and chanting and often bring these elements into the story. I can be funny and energetic and can also touch people of all ages through story, allowing subtle shifts in patterns of thinking and behaviour.

I have worked with elderly people, people affected by dementia and dying people, as well as adults and young people with mental health and addiction issues and have found that story creates a loving, compassionate connection.
