I live in Glasgow where I work as an audio editor, newspaper subeditor and crime fiction writer. My first book, The Road to Lisbon, was a dual-narrative novel co-authored by Martin Greig. It was published by Birlinn-Polygon. BackPage Press have published my series starring psychic detective Leo Moran: The Ghost of Helen Addison, The Shadow of the Black Earl and The Mystery of the Strange Piper.

I have spoken at several book festivals, including the Edinburgh Fridge, the Wigtown Book Festival, Aye Write! and Bloody Scotland. I have been interviewed for radio and print media. I feature in a podcast serial Debut, which details my and other authors’ journeys ‘from the bedroom to the bookshelf’.
