Claire Wilson is a crime writer. Her debut, Five by Five, was recently published by Penguin Michael Joseph after winning their inaugural undiscovered writers prize.
Five by Five is based experiences of her 20+ year career working for the Scottish Prison Service. Claire has been busy promoting her book on panels at festivals as well as inside bookshops.
Claire knows too well the sting of rejection, the benefit of writing what you know and the discipline it takes to make your writing dreams come true.
Claire is keen to get kids/teens reading and would welcome the opportunity to attend schools and other educational settings.
