My Scotland Stars FC chapter book series focuses on three main things: football, friendship and self-belief. Each of the six books also touches on other key elements of a child’s world, like fitting in, bullying, and the difference between right and wrong. The books are very true to life and take place in recognisable and relatable settings for children in Scotland.
I do lots of events in schools and at festivals, sharing my love of football and books with children from P2-6. I can promise a highly interactive, fun and inspiring event for audiences of any size about sport, reading and creating stories.
With an interest in any project schools or communities have in mind, from writing workshops to patron of reading projects, I am happy to pull different themes from my books inspired by your ideas.
