Douglas Jackson's headshot

I'm interested in doing talks, readings and workshops on writing fiction and historical subjects for adults and teenagers across Scotland. I've appeared at the Borders Book Festival, Wigtown Book Festival and the Stirling's Off the Page Festival. I've also given talks to various historical and literary societies.

My major theme is the impact of Rome's military and culture on Britain in general and Scotland in particular.
