Ian Hunter's headshot

Award-winning writer Ian Hunter is the children's author of novels The Dark Knight's Blade, Lipstick Lass, The Magic Mousehole and Santa Claus is Missing. He is also a short story writer and poet. He has twice been a writer in residence, is a Director of the Scottish Writer's Collective Read Raw, and a member of the Glasgow Science Fiction Writer's Circle.

For over a decade he has been the poetry editor for the British Fantasy Society, and reviews books for Interzone, Concatenation and Shoreline of Infinity. His fantasy, science fiction, and horror stories and poems have appeared in magazines and anthologies in the UK, USA and Canada.
