I write novels - 14 adult ones published to date. I'd describe them as literary with a nod towards the dark side and more than one toe in the water of psychological thriller, though my emphasis is more on character than plot.
I've just published my first YA novel, the first of a trilogy, which is described as fantasy though I don't think of it as such - it's just set in a slightly different world. I have also had poetry published in pamphlet form.
