Linda Gillard's headshot

Linda Gillard lives in North Lanarkshire and has been an actress, journalist and teacher. She's the author of eight novels, including Star Gazing (Piatkus), shortlisted in 2009 for Romantic Novel of the Year and the Robin Jenkins Literary Award, for writing that promotes the Scottish landscape. Linda recently signed a contract for a three-book deal with Amazon's Lake Union Publishing.

Linda is available for readings, talks and writing workshops suitable for all levels of experience. Linda is particularly interested in mental health issues and has frequently spoken on the topics of her own mental health history, writing for recovery and wellbeing.
