I'm from the Isle of Skye and have published 10 books of poetry, eight storybooks for youngsters in the age range 9-14, short stories, and one adult novel. I am also know by Myles Campbell. I write mostly in Gaelic. Some of my poetry is available in English versions, for example, in anthologies like An Tuil. The adventure story books are in Gaelic and haven't been translated.

My latest story book is An Triùir agus Lùbag (The Threesome and Lùbag), subtitled Turas tro na Seachd Tìrean (A Journey through the Seven Lands), where a sister and twin brothers go on a scary journey after mistakenly taking drugs. I have introduced this book to upper primary and lower secondary pupils and combined it with a writing workshop.

In the past I have done readings of my poetry and book launches at various venues and at book festivals. I'd be happy to do a short introduction to my poetry using a powerpoint presentation. This illustrates how my beliefs and vision of the world have changed over the years since my first publication in 1980.
