A hyena – I am always out with my pack of friends, looking for an exhilarating time

A penguin – I like to be part of a group, I can disappear amongst friends and not feel exposed

An osprey – I like to soar by myself, going where I please and seeing everything I want

A hedgehog – I might look prickly, but really I just enjoy my own company

What's your favourite hobby?

Amateur dramatics – I like to be part of a show, preferably front and centre

Pub quizzing – it's a meeting of the minds

A round of golf – a long walk with some good friends is my kind of exercise

Crosswords and jigsaws – I like to challenge myself and love where my brain can take me from the comfort of home

Answer it on speaker phone, even if you’re out and about in a public place

Let everyone around you know who is calling and leave to answer

Double-check the caller ID before deciding whether to answer

Watch it ring out and text the person back

What do you do at a party?

I’ll be at the centre of it all, throwing shapes on the dance floor 

I’ll be sat on the sofa, catching up with a group of my mates 

I’ll be on the stairs, having an intense conversation with one other person 

I’ll be in the kitchen, planning when I can leave without being impolite
