Peter Ross is the bestselling author of Steeple Chasing: Around Britain By Church and A Tomb With A View: The Stories & Glories of Graveyards. At this event he will read from and discuss his works, in conversation with Thomas Clark, and will be glad to answer questions from the audience. His books, acclaimed by Andrew O'Hagan and the late Hilary Mantel, bring together history, travel writing and reporting to create vivid portraits of people and places.
