Every donation makes a difference and supports our charity, but a gift of £5,000 or above is considered a major, philanthropic gift.
If you’d like to make a donation of £5,000 or above, reach out to our dedicated Fundraising Manager, Laura Antone, to discuss where you’d like your gift to be directed and how you can get involved with the charity. Together, we can develop a plan that suits your interests and ensure you are connected to your gift and its powerful impact. We can also organise bespoke benefits, such as commissioned illustrations or poems from our network of writers, dinner with our CEO and Patron Val McDermid and so much more.
We will direct your support to the area of our work that best resonates with you, such as:
- The New Writers Awards, supporting the storytellers of tomorrow
- Our work supporting people living with dementia and their carers with personalised training to share books and reading, maintaining their precious relationships
- Widening access to books, reading and writing across Scotland – wherever the need is greatest
